Head Chef Christoffer Hruskova

Christoffer Hruskova completed his training in Denmark in 1992 before moving to Alsace for a year to study the regions food and wine. Upon returning to Denmark, he spent a year at the Falsled boutique hotel before assisting in the opening of Emmery’s organic bakery and restaurant in Aarhus. After a year at Denmark’s longest running Michelin starred restaurant King Hans, Chris began a working world tour, stopping in the kitchens of many famous gourmet restaurants from Australia via to Japan, East and West coast America, South and Central America and Cuba before finally returning to London.
